Insight was incorporated in 1992.  It has 6 Directors who have a total of nearly 200 years of international loss adjusting and surveying experience and its leader, Nehemiah Neo Lian Sun, was the first person in Asia to qualify as a Chartered Loss Adjuster in 1982.  In Insight he helped develop 4 senior adjusters to become Chartered Adjusters with several other adjusters making progress to achieving this coveted qualification.

Insight is a Founding Member of vrs UNIVERSE Adjusters Network LLC headquartered in USA, with 300 offices in 70 countries including key centres in London, New York, Chicago, Miami, Paris, Munich, Milan, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney and Auckland. As such, Insight has the capability to undertake overseas enquiries and assignments on behalf of clients, in almost any part of the world.

In April 2004, the Insight Group was appointed Lloyd's Agent Singapore in recognition of "its standing and expertise in the local community".
